The Lifetime Promise
As part of our mission, we created The Lifetime Promise, formerly known as the Income-Based Program, which provides reduced monthly rates to qualified residents based on their individual income. This gives residents and their families peace of mind that their home will be a lifetime home, even if they face personal financial circumstances.
