Assisted Living & Memory Care Surrounded by Nature and Connection

A Peaceful Community with Space to Belong

Our community blends natural beauty with a strong sense of togetherness. Residents can spend time on the walking paths, relax near the pond, or gather indoors where large windows frame changing seasons and evening sunsets. With inviting shared spaces and familiar routines, the environment supports both quiet moments and meaningful interaction throughout the day.

Amber Nickelson

Amber joined the Yorkshire & Stonebridge team in July 2008. Over the years, her time at Yorkshire & Stonebridge has become more than a job, it's a passion. Amber says, “What I love most about my work is building meaningful connections with our residents and their families. I find so much joy in sharing laughter, offering support, and brightening someone's day. I also deeply value the wisdom, and life experiences our residents share. There is so much to learn from their stories. Being able to make even a small difference in their lives each day is incredibly rewarding and is what motivates me to give my best in everything I do.” Amber has her associate's degree in fine arts and is currently working towards her bachelor's degree in finance & accounting. In her free time, Amber enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, boating and golfing together.
