Kris Fiting
Administrator

Kris has worked in the healthcare field since 1983 where she started working with developmentally disabled individuals and the elderly in small group homes. She attended Delta College where she studied Nursing and is currently enrolled on the Level One Administrator Certification program from Senior Living University. Kris has worked at Union Court Assisted Living since it opened in 2008. She loves the rewarding feeling that this job brings to her daily and seeing the smiling faces from their residents. In her free time, Kris enjoys gardening, spending time with her family and her dogs, and attending her grandchildren's sporting events.

Beth Shuler
Associate Administrator

Beth joined the Union Court team in July 2008 as the Business Office Manager. In November 2024, Beth accepted the position of Associate Administrator! Beth has a degree in banking and accounting certificates, along with various other certificates throughout the years. Prior to her time at Union Court, Beth served as a School Secretary and a Bank Teller. She also served as an Administrative Assistant to the owner of multiple car dealerships for 10 years. Beth considers Union Court to be her second home. She loves her job and loves helping the families, residents, and staff members. In her free time, Beth enjoys spending time with her husband of 39 years and their two daughters. She also enjoys traveling, camping, walking, and gardening.
