Corie Shireman
Associate Administrator

Corie Shireman joined The Willows Team as Associate Administrator in July 2026. Corie is a certified Recreational Therapist and a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Throughout the years, she has worked as a Life Enrichment Director and Admissions Director, serving multiple buildings with many different types and stages of dementia. She has experience working in fundraising, managing building census, hiring, training, and serving older adults and adults with developmental disabilities. Corie says, “Older adults have always been my specialty. The stories they have to tell and the love they give are the best”. In her free time, Corie enjoys karaoke, kayaking, and spending time with her two daughters, four bonus sons, and grandchildren.
