Nora Ramirez
Administrator

Nora joined the team at The Willows in August 2021 as Associate Administrator. She later moved into the role of Administrator. Nora has many years of experience in senior care as she has served as an Activities Director, Marketing Director, and Outreach Navigator prior to her time at The Willows. Nora has an associate’s degree and attended nursing school. She has also served on the Alzheimer’s Association Committee of Southwest Michigan. In her free time, Nora enjoys spending time with her family. She has two sons and two grandchildren who she loves to watch play at their sporting events. Nora also enjoys going to her church, singing, and scrapbook journaling. She is a worldwide traveler! She has visited several places in the United States, along with visits to Peru, Honduras, and Ecuador where she worked in a hospital and an orphanage. Nora wants you to know that she loves the residents at The Willows and enjoys hearing about their lives and praying for them. She finds that helping the elderly through a transition to a new home is a rewarding experience.
