Kristen Kirby joined The Horizon Senior Living of Clare Team in September 2026. Kristen has more than 14 years of caregiving and senior living experience, beginning as a Caregiver/Med Tech and also serving in a variety of leadership roles including Team Lead, Care Coordinator, Wellness Team Supervisor, and Wellness Director. Throughout her time in these roles, Kristen developed extensive experience in resident care, medication management, care planning, team leadership, and supporting residents and their families through every stage of care, including end-of-life care.
Kristen has a passion for working with seniors and believes they deserve more than simply being cared for – they deserve to feel valued, respected, loved, and truly at home.
In her free-time, Kristen loves spending time outdoors, being around animals, and making memories with her family. She has five children and four grandchildren that mean the world to her.
