Erica Phipps
Administrator

Erica has over 15 years of experience in assisted living and memory care settings. She began her career as a Direct Care Worker and has worked her way up through various roles over the years. Erica started with Baruch Senior Ministries as a Resident Care Manager, where she served for two years, and later transitioned into the role of Environmental Services Director at Hyde Park for one year. In addition, she has served as a Home Manager at two other senior living communities in Genesee County. Erica’s experience has provided her with a strong foundation in resident care, team leadership, and the creation of safe, comfortable environments for seniors.

In her free time, Erica enjoys spending time with her family, especially her three daughters and two granddaughters, who keep her very busy. She also enjoys shopping and crafting when she has the time.

Erica truly enjoys interacting with residents and building meaningful connections with them. She takes pride in creating a warm, comfortable environment where they feel at home. Erica loves being able to meet their needs and bring a smile to their faces.
