Our care approach is tailored to each resident’s needs and preferences. Whether someone requires occasional assistance or more consistent support, our team provides help with daily activities in a way that feels respectful and natural. For those living with memory loss, our Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care services offer a structured and supportive setting where safety, familiarity, and compassionate attention guide each day. Respite Care is also available, offering short-term support for individuals recovering from illness or for caregivers who need time to recharge.

Hope Ciolk
Administrator

Hope joined the Baruch team in July of 2018 at Fountain View of Grant. She started as a Resident Care Specialist and from there she worked in many other positions such as in housekeeping, Staffing Director, and Director of Resident Care. You could even find her in the dietary department at times. Hope completed the Level One Administrator Certification program in 2023. As Administrator, she is looking forward to providing quality and compassionate care for the residents and their families. In her free time, Hope enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to new places.
